ReThink Topeka is a grassroots movement created in 2009 to rebuild community. The movement encourages citizens to find positive solutions that will breathe life back into the arts, culture, and local economy of Topeka.
Main Goals:
-Rebuild Topeka’s community through art and cultural events
-Encourage community activism to improve quality of life
-Organize annual ReThink Topeka Exhibition & Art Walk
